PAYMENT OPTIONS:
**Please have your student deliver the envelope to our FMPA boxes located in each of our classrooms if paying with cash or check**
There are 4 options to pay for your uniforms.
1. Cash - Please place cash in an envelope with student name and labeled as "TUX" or "DRESS"
2. Check - checks can be made to FMPA. Please place in an envelope with student name & "TUX" or "DRESS"
3. Credit Card - CLICK Button Below to pay here!
4. Returning students can use available money in their FMPA accounts. Please email nicole at treasurer@ferrismusicparents.org to check account balances.
